L’Azienda Agricola Santoro nasce nel 1978 quando il nonno Francesco decise di acquistare un piccolo pezzo di terreno per coltivare e mettere a frutto ciò che aveva imparato da adolescente nelle antiche masserie. A casa la nonna Concetta si dilettava a trasformare i frutti che donavano i campi in conserve,marmellate e succhi di frutta. Grazie all’aiuto del figlio Savino negli anni hanno allargato i confini dei loro terreni. Oggi Francesco Santoro,cuoco appassionato da sempre di cucina,con le ricette tramandategli dalla nonna e l’esperienza acquisita nelle cucine di ristoranti rinomati vuole rendere omaggio a tutti gli amanti del buon gusto, sempre alla ricerca del genuino, con autentiche ghiottonerie…

Santoro’s  Agrifarm was born in 1978 when grandpa Francesco bought a small farm ground to cultivate the products he previously found in ancient farmhouses. Grandma Concetta processed at home, these collected products, in preserves, jams and fruit juices, to have a spare during winter when fruit and vegetables scarce. Thanks to their son Savino, expanded their lands and improved methods of cultivation. Today, Francesco Santoro, chef, found of good food and genuine products, using grandma’s recipes and his experience in the kitchen of famous restaurants, pays homage to all lovers of good taste, always in search of genuine, with authentic delicacies…
